A turn is one message to an agent. It covers everything the agent does to answer that message. Every model call. Every tool call. Every sub-agent it starts. All of it is one turn.

Every plan includes every feature.

Your plan sets three things. How many turns you get. How many projects you get. How long we keep your session history. Nothing else is locked. The trial runs the same engine as the Pro plan.

The engine is open source. Run it on your laptop while you build. Run it on your own servers in production. There is no plan, no account, and no limit on turns. The hosted version exists so you do not have to run it yourself.

Questions

What is a project?: A project is one deployed setup. It holds your agents, your connectors, your Slack workspace, and your event log. Most teams run two. One to develop in and one for production.
What happens when the trial ends?: New turns stop. You cannot create new projects. Nothing is deleted. Your projects, agents, connectors, Slack workspace, and every session stay exactly as they are. Pick a plan and it all starts working again.
What happens if I run out of turns?: New turns wait until the month resets or you upgrade. Turns already running finish. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans?: Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops new turns at the end of the period. Projects you already have keep running.
How long do you keep my sessions?: Each plan keeps sessions for a set time. Dev is 30 days, Pro is 90 days, Scale is 1 year. After that we can delete a session and its events. Your projects, agents, and connectors are not on that clock. They stay until you remove them.
